We undertook a comprehensive fitout of a luxurious residence, meticulously designed to complement a £10 million art collection. Since launching its flagship store, the brand has expanded impressively, establishing a second store in Handsworth within just 18 months, followed swiftly by their first franchise in Slough. Currently, Karak Chaii boasts 10 stores, with plans to extend to 50 more locations both nationally and internationally in the coming years. In our latest project, we undertook a luxurious renovation of their newest store, where tradition meets opulence. The fitout features bespoke design elements that reflect the brand’s heritage while incorporating modern luxuries that enhance the customer experience. Premium materials and intricate craftsmanship ensure that each visit to Karak Chaii is not just about enjoying a cup of chai but is an immersion in a refined, culturally rich atmosphere..
